We do not accept responsibility for any lost packages in transit. If there is an event where a package is lost and you have purchased insurance, we may be able to assist with submitting a claim for you. 

Please allow up to 4 weeks for standard international packages to arrive. 

We will accept returns if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Item must be shipped within 14 days of receipt. 

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or due to rejection of customs / VAT charges.  

The buyer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns. We strongly recommend you purchase tracking and shipping insurance for any returns as we will not refund any purchases due to packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Once item is returned and received by us in the condition it was sold, a refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Shipping times depend on your location. Orders within Australia typically take 3-7 business days, while international orders may take 10-14 business days. We’ll provide tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
